Belonging to the 5000 series, which is aluminum-magnesium wrought alloys, the 5005 Aluminum Coil is not suitable for casting and is a medium-strength alloy after the cold working process, with very good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and very good weldability that is highly suitable for decorative anodizing. It also has lower density and excellent heat conductivity.

Compared to other series, the 5005 Aluminum Coil has great welded strength, workability, and corrosion resistance and is typically used for building, signage, food and chemical equipment, furniture, anodized parts, HVAC equipment, etc.
